Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate customers, prepare and lock estimates, and manage repairs from intake through final QC.

The role requires knowledge of insurance procedures and estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex). You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong service mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Organization and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair and ensures quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed and provides excellent service.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning.
