Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/representative to educate customers about the repair process, insurance steps, and safety considerations. You will generate initial and final estimates, manage repairs, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

You will review data with technicians, handle post-scanning steps, and ensure final paperwork is accurate and timely, with compensation aligned to market norms for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced repair environment.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and partners preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly, and lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs through completion and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and meet carrier requirements.
