Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator/customer service-oriented professional to educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps. You will complete initial estimates, update final estimates after evaluation, and manage each repair through to completion while maintaining Crash Champions' quality standards.

You will keep customers informed of status, review data with technicians, and finalize paperwork to close repair orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for handling insured and non-insured clients.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced shop.
• Experience or knowledge working with insurance partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with common estimating systems improves efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, safety, and values.
• Prepare initial estimates, refine after full evaluation, lock final estimates
• Oversee each repair and ensure QC aligns with Crash Champions standards
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scans for each vehicle
• Pre-close final orders, handle paperwork, and meet carrier requirements
