Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and ensuring adherence to DRP and WOW standards.

The Estimator will work with the team to meet KPIs, participate in production walks, and stay engaged in ongoing training and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Education
