Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. The role emphasizes clear communication and alignment with the team to achieve KPIs.

The Estimator works with the management team in daily production walks, supports teammates as needed, and participates in training sessions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
