The role emphasizes adherence to DRP requirements and WOW operating guidelines, with opportunities to participate in team production walks, safety meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's. Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Support team during daily production walks and meetings.
