Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences during vehicle repairs. The role involves accurate damage assessment, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers to keep everyone informed throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will work closely with the team to ensure alignment with KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and uphold WOW Operating Ways while delivering outstanding service and clear

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in repairs or related field.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information about repair process and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members and follow up.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops recommended by Management.
