Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet the facility's KPIs. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain the store's KPI's by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
