Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience while communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

You will assess damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs. A High School Diploma or equivalent and knowledge of DRP procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend meetings.
