Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating vehicle repairs and communications with customers and insurance companies. The role targets accurate damage assessment, documentation of required repairs, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs.

The position emphasizes adherence to DRP regulations, training opportunities (I-CAR), and a proactive approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• 1 year DRP experience compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with relevant details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
