Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with customers, insurers, and shop teams. You will document interactions, review insurance requirements, and contribute to KPI achievement.

The role emphasizes accurate communication, teamwork, and adherence to DRP procedures while supporting daily operations and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (education requirement).
• Minimum of 1-year experience; ability to look up information.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members and maintain positive energy when interacting with clients.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and assist teammates as needed.
