Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repair needs while maintaining clear communication with customers and insurance companies. The role focuses on aligning with the team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The position requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience. Training and DRP compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and follow up as needed.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as required.
