Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate with the insurance companies and internal teams to keep service KPIs on track. A high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and I-CAR training willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum 1-year experience.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with relevant details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and customer communication.
• Support daily production walks and assist team as needed.
• Participate in safety and staff meetings as required.
