Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document all interactions and keep customers informed throughout the process.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, follow DRP and WOW standards, and participate in training and safety meetings. A valid driver's license and I-CAR training readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely repair guidance to customers.
• Ensure insurance requirements and processes are followed.
• Support daily production walks with management.
• Maintain KPI performance and positive customer service.
