Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR Training. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be compliant with DRP’s.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in production walks with the Management Team and support all staff.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing performance and upholding core values.
