Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience and prepare accurate repair estimates. You’ll coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurance, and document all steps to meet KPIs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of repair guidelines, and is willing to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in estimating or DRP processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and update repair details.
• Provide accurate, timely repair estimates and guide customers.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and communicate repair plans.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance for the store.
