Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Springfield, MO is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will document interactions, coordinate with the repair team, ensure compliance with DRP and WOW standards, and participate in daily production walks. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; I-CAR training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in collision/repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently with pertinent details.
• Provide the customer with timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist team as needed.
