Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate repair needs. You will inform customers and insurers throughout the repair process while aligning with team KPIs to drive a top-tier customer experience.

The role requires high school education, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training with at least one year of related experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for daily use.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training if not already certified.
• At least 1 year of experience in collision/repair environment recommended.
• Awareness of DRP requirements and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with essential details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely information.
• Ensure insurance and WOW procedures are followed.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend health & safety meetings.
