Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs. You will document the damage appraisal and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process to support KPI attainment.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience in a collision-repair environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
