Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires familiarity with OE guidelines, 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training may be pursued, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist teammates.
