Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair work from start to finish. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document damage, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

Minimum 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions throughout the repair process.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process and insurance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
