Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair journey, and ensure compliance with DRPs and WOW standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and insurers.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
