Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, update clients and insurers, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance, with I-CAR training encouraged and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Essential computer skills.
• Awareness of where to find answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repair planning.
• Communicate customer requests to team members; provide positive greeting to customers.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures; participate in daily production walks.
• Support team members and participate in monthly safety meetings.
