Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience while preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document communications, inform stakeholders, and align with team KPIs to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear updates.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.

Skills
