Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers. You will align with the team to achieve store KPIs and participate in training and safety initiatives.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training, with a focus on clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced collision repair

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Ability to follow DRP procedures and insurance requirements.
• Strong communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Comfort with using basic software for estimates and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Guide customers through repair process and keep them informed.
• Coordinate repair planning and parts replacement.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Participate in production walks and safety meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and support team members.
