Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, ensure compliance with DRP guidelines, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and delivery targets.

The role requires I-CAR training readiness and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include daily production walks, strong communication with customers, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way for drop-offs, repair planning and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold core values.
