Job summary

Crash Champions, a leading US collision repair MSO, is seeking a customer-focused estimator-to-estimator liaison to educate clients, prepare and finalize repair estimates, and oversee repairs to ensure quality. You’ll keep customers informed throughout the process and collaborate with body technicians to verify data and post-scan outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, insurance knowledge, and experience with major estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process to meet Crash Champions quality standards (QC).
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide an excellent experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
