Walser Automotive Group’s Collision & Glass division seeks an estimator with strong customer service and teamwork skills to accurately assess vehicle damage and quotations. You will partner with insurance companies and shop teams to ensure quality repairs and excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and integrity, with opportunities for career growth within a respected auto group. A valid license and experience in auto body estimating are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Certified Collision Repair Curriculum preferred.
• 1 year automotive industry experience and 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience estimating in auto body shop with body/paint/mechanical/electrical knowledge helpful.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Follow through repair process and file handler.
• Lead by example and be an advocate for staff.
• All other duties as assigned.
