Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to craft accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System proficiency and collaboration with the repair team to meet KPIs.

A strong customer-service focus and attention to detail are essential. You will navigate insurance requirements, participate in daily walks with leadership, and support teammates while upholding WOW standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
• Maintain adherence to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communications.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings if required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops.
