Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs and parts, and helps align team members to achieve KPIs and timelines. Growth and training opportunities are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate communication and delivery per WOW operating methods.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs
