Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document interactions, update customers, and align with the repair team to meet KPI targets.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license is mandatory, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Maintain KPI performance by coordinating with the management team.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support team members and participate in safety meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
