Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs for customers and insurers. The role involves assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and aligning with team KPIs to drive facility success.

The Estimator will ensure clear communication with customers and insurance providers, and participate in daily operational walks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
