Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and collaborate with the team to hit facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, and a valid driver’s license. Training through I-CAR may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details in the system
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support all team members as needed
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
• Contribute to Health & Safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
