Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You’ll document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure alignment with insurance requirements and WOW standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Way.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Maintain KPI performance.
