Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations across the U.S. We are seeking an estimator-type professional to guide customers through repairs, produce accurate estimates, and drive the repair process with strong insurance knowledge.

You will collaborate with body technicians, review data, perform post-scans, and ensure timely, compliant finalization of repair orders. Compensation reflects experience and market norms in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimating processes helps.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs through to completion, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards via QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data for body technicians and complete post-scans.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
