Job summary
Crash Champions is seeking an Estimator to join our Orlando team. You will educate customers on repair processes, prepare initial and final estimates, and manage repairs through to completion, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service, organization, experience with insurance partners, and familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex. Regular full-time position with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills required.
- Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of dealing with insurance providers preferred.
- Experience with estimating software and automotive collision repair processes.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
- Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
- Manage repairs through the process and ensure quality standards.
- Keep customers informed on status and provide excellent service.
- Review data with Body Technicians and handle post-scanning steps.
