Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an Estimator/Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL. You will educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and rights, and you will handle initial and final estimates, locking in the numbers as the repair progresses.

You’ll manage each repair from intake to completion, perform QC, and keep customers informed. Experience with CCC One or similar estimating systems is preferred, and the role supports a People First culture with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards with QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
