Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer service oriented estimator to educate customers about repair processes and insurance procedures. You will manage estimates, communicate status, and ensure quality standards across the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills essential.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management required.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures or partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates and lock them.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a great service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
