Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a detail-oriented estimator/customer care professional to educate customers through the repair process and generate estimates. You will manage repairs end-to-end, perform in-process QC, keep clients updated, and coordinate with technicians to finalize post-scan steps.

Strong organization and knowledge of estimating systems are required; CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex experience is preferred. The role is based at our U.S.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organization are essential for guiding the repair process.
• Experience with insurance workflows and preferred estimating systems.
• Proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide great service.
• Review data with Body Technicians and finalize post-scan steps.
• Pre-close the repair order and handle paperwork and carrier requirements.
