Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, founder-led MSO of collision repair with 650+ locations across the U.S. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Estimator to educate customers, prepare estimates, and guide the repair process from intake through final delivery.

You will work with Body Technicians, coordinate with insurers, and ensure a high-quality experience while upholding Crash Champions’ standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and insurance familiarity preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair through the process and ensures quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed and delivers the best possible experience.
• Pulls and reviews data procedures with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-closes final repair order, handles disbursement paperwork, and ensures carrier requirements are met.
