Job summary

Crash Champions in Lafayette, CA is seeking a customer-focused Estimator to educate customers, prepare estimates, and guide repairs from start to finish. You will collaborate with body technicians, review data procedures, and ensure carrier requirements are met while delivering an outstanding client experience.

This full-time role offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and retirement benefits plus earned incentives. Experience with CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance partner knowledge preferred.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of estimating systems; CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance, rights, repairs techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions’ QC standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide the best experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and exceptions.
