Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused role to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, manage repairs through the process, and ensure high-quality standards while keeping customers informed and delivering the best possible experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential to guide customers through the repair process.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with good time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, disassemble and evaluate damage, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process ensuring Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
