Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to guide customers through the repair process, explain insurance procedures, and uphold our quality standards at every step.

The role involves preparing initial and final estimates, coordinating with body technicians, and ensuring timely updates to customers while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and partners. This is a full-time on-site position in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to educate customers on repairs, insurance, rights, and value.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with time management in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of insurance partners and processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage fast-paced repair environments while maintaining quality standards.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience throughout the repair.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
