Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a responsible Customer Service/Estimator to guide customers through vehicle repair, insurance steps, and the repair process. You will generate estimates, supervise the repair lifecycle, and keep clients informed with transparency and care.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex and experience dealing with insurance partners in a fast-paced shop environment. On-site role in Michigan with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiar with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial and full-disassembly-based estimates, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure QC to Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and finalize post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and address paperwork and carrier requirements.
