Crash Champions is seeking a motivated repair coordinator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights. You will prepare estimates, manage each repair, and ensure quality standards through in-process QC, while keeping customers informed throughout the journey.

Collaborate with Body Technicians and handle paperwork, disbursements, and carrier requirements. This role offers a pathway within a growing, customer-focused MSO with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience completing initial and final repair estimates.
• Ability to manage repairs and ensure quality standards.
• Familiar with insurance processes and partners.

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates; lock final estimates.
• Oversee repair progress and conduct in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about repair status.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close final repair order and manage paperwork.
