Job summary

Crash Champions is expanding and seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures and rights. You will write initial estimates, validate final figures after damage evaluation, and manage each repair to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.

You will keep customers informed and coordinate with body technicians through post-scanning steps to completion.

Qualifications

Customer service skills.
Strong organization and multi-tasking.
Experience with insurance partners preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
Manage each repair through to completion and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
Able to pull/review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
