Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused repair coordinator to guide clients through the repair process, insurance interactions, and QC standards. You will educate customers on procedures, prepare estimates, and monitor each repair from start to finish.

Responsibilities include initial and final estimates, coordinating with body technicians, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy shop.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and claims writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair, perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
