Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a customer-focused coordinator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will prepare initial estimates, refine them after disassembly, and manage each car through the repair while maintaining Crash Champions’ quality standards and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities include finalizing repair orders, handling paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with common estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
