Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to educate clients about collision repairs, insurance steps, and repair options. You will prepare and finalize repair estimates, monitor progress, and keep customers informed throughout the lifecycle of each vehicle.

The role supports the body shop team by reviewing data with technicians, handling paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Knowledge of estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manages each repair through the process and ensures quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Able to review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
