Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and their rights. You will manage estimates, from initial to final, and track progress while ensuring quality standards are met.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, and handle paperwork, discharge responsibilities, and ensure timely communication with customers throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for educating customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple repairs efficiently.
• Knowledge of insurance partners and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, especially CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
